Spectricity is entering a new phase of growth, and we are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who ensures that strategy translates into execution.
Your main responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage ISO9001 certification of Spectricity
- Implement and maintain various quality management systems in compliance with ISO9001 (document control, change management, auditing, issue tracking and complaint handling, quality performance reporting, risk analysis
- Organize internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for quality processes, procedures, and audit results
- Take the lead in investigating and resolving quality issues using industry best practice root cause analysis and other problem-solving techniques
- Train and support staff on QMS requirements and implement best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards
- Interface with customers, suppliers and engineering on quality-related matters, including audits, assessments, and issue resolution

Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior quality role within the semiconductor or high-tech industry
- Proven experience in setting up quality systems from scratch
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and quality management systems
- Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and quality improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with semiconductor testing, probing, or reliability is a plus
- Experience in an international and multicultural environment
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO auditor) is a plus
