Within our dynamic, multidisciplinary and growing team of technologists, hardware/software engineers and application experts, we are looking for a Project Manager who ensures that strategy translates into execution.

 

Your main responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you act as the central link between marketing, management, and project teams. You ensure that strategic programs are structured, aligned, and executed efficiently.
You are not just tracking timelines — you drive execution, manage trade-offs, and ensure alignment at leadership level.

  • Driving New Product Introduction programs in close collaboration with marketing and management
  • Planning and structuring key company projects and strategic programs
  • Weekly alignment with project leads and stakeholders to monitor progress
  • Managing resources, timelines, and priorities across multiple programs
  • Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and leading mitigation plans
  • Organizing quarterly deep-dive program reviews for management
  • Analyzing project data and translating insights into improved processes, templates, and standard operating procedures
  • Removing barriers to enable teams to perform efficiently
  • Escalating to management when timely decisions or actions are required

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Execution-focused in complex, high-stake environments
  • Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence

Experience & Knowledge
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects or programs
  • Proven experience in a technology-driven or product-oriented environment
  • Experience in high-volume commercial projects is a strong plus
  • Solid knowledge of structured project methodologies
  • Proficient in MS Project and Power BI

Education & Certifications
  • Master’s degree in an engineering-related field is strong plus
  • PRINCE2 and/or PMP certification is highly valued
  • Equivalent experience in complex project environments will also be considered
