Glenn is a seasoned tech industry leader, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a track record of transformative success. With a Master’s in Microelectronics from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Glenn has spent over two decades navigating the realms of technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Glenn’s journey unfolds with leadership roles in various high-tech companies, showcasing his prowess in steering ventures from conceptualization to early revenue stages. His tenure as the CEO of arQana Technologies, a Singapore-based semiconductor company specializing in mmwave, satellite communications, and telco infrastructure, marked his ability to drive technological advancements in diverse domains.
Glenn’s diverse portfolio includes positions such as associate professor at the National University of Singapore and CEO of Future Waves Taiwan, where he led a fabless RFCMOS design house for digital tuners. His commitment to social impact is evident through his role as CEO of KOTO Enterprises Vietnam, a social enterprise offering holistic training to disadvantaged youth.

Pieter Vorenkamp

Pieter Vorenkamp is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Syntiant Corp. Earlier, Mr. Vorenkamp was senior vice president and general manager of the IP Group at Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ: CDNS).
His career also includes nearly 20 years of leadership roles at Broadcom (NASDAQ:AVGO). Mr. Vorenkamp was senior vice president of operations engineering where his responsibilities spanned world-wide manufacturing technology and support of all hardware programs from inception through engineering samples into high-volume production. Prior to his operations role, Mr. Vorenkamp was VP & chief architect, Central Engineering developing core IP for use throughout Broadcom. He started his career as a research scientist at Philips Research, developing high-speed data-converters.
Mr. Vorenkamp received a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Twente in The Netherlands. He is the named inventor of more than 125-issued U.S and European patents.
