Office manager/procurement support

Your main responsibilities will be 

Procurement:

  • Creation of Purchase Orders: supplier info entry, PO entry and submission, intern requests for approval and follow-up in accordance with internal purchasing procedure, etc
  • Follow-up of Purchase Orders: reception, delivery date, purchase conditions
  • Shipment checking: reception, comparing content with order, returns, etc

Office :

  • General management of office spaces and interaction with landlords

Process transfer Integration Engineer

Your main responsibilities will be to
Gain in depth understanding of our process technology (existing processes, modules and flows at our development foundry).

  • Together with our partners, transfer our integrated filter process technology to our high-volume manufacturing (HVM) foundry.
  • Assist in transfer plan definition, DOE definition, and execution of critical process steps or inline metrology.
  • Define, optimize and characterize in-line monitoring structures for HVM monitoring and qualification.
  • Analyze inline optical data to check if processes are in spec.
  • Work towards high yield processing by investigating failure modes, looking into SPC data, identifying root causes for yield losses, and propose solutions.
  • Assist in definition of design rules and process step specs to ensure high production yield.
  • Timely and structured reporting of transfer status, project timelines, issues and results to process integration teams at foundries and Spectricity.
  • Assist product and process technology development teams in building process technology roadmaps, and assessing new foundry process and module capabilities for future product generations.
  • Follow-up of lot processing and process quality at our foundry partners.
  • Execute critical steps of the processing of critical device or test lots in a prototype or production line.

In your role, you will:
Collaborate with integration engineers at partner foundries and process step/semiconductor tool responsibles to define and optimize the process technology flow for our products.

  • Collaborate with Spectricity product development team to translate product specs into a process flow and process and module specifications.
  • Collaborate with partner foundries and Spectricity product development and operation teams to achieve high yield HVM.
  • Collaborate with Spectricity research teams to define the next generation technologies, build the roadmap and develop new process capabilities.

Your profile, skills and talents
Ideally you are a creative, self-dependent engineer, highly-motivated to be part of a dynamic team creating new value, continuously and actively seeking better solutions for our problems. Specifically:

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or similar relevant degree by proven experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor foundry environment, working with semiconductor equipment, and have a good understanding of all manufacturing processes principles for CMOS OR MEMS manufacturing as well as for in-line inspection and metrology systems.
  • You have a basic understanding of general engineering principles including electronics and mechanics.
  • Experience with python, or other scripting/coding platforms is a strong plus;
  • You are fluent in English, and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are prepared to frequent worldwide traveling (multiple weeks), when the conditions for this return after the pandemic.
  • Project management and experience in reporting project plans and status.
  • PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or in a related technical discipline is a plus.

Software Engineer

Your main responsibilities will be to

  • Lead internal tool development and define SW architecture together with Spectricity engineers and scientists and external contractors.
  • Taking software ownership over existing and new software development supporting our applications, customer software and internal software development tools. This includes planning and execution of
    • develop tools and applications based on internal customer (engineering) needs – e.g. design and measurement automation, data collection and visualization.
    • development and maintenance of internal software development infrastructure – e.g. code repositories, CICD, deployment
    • cloud setups for computational analysis and data science
    • customer-shipped evaluation software and UI
  • Reviewing code and coach engineers that use code daily but are not programmers, towards a better overall quality of infrastructure.

Your profile, skills and talents

Ideally you are a creative, self-dependent engineer and coach, highly-motivated to be part of, and driving a dynamic team creating new value, continuously and actively seeking better solutions for our problems. Specifically:

  • You have a master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar relevant degree by proven experience
  • DevOps is your middle name
  • Software engineering, rather than just coding, is your trade. You are comfortable at all levels of abstraction, from architecture planning to debugging of the low-level driver code.
  • You are not afraid of any programming task needed to get the work done efficiently, whether it requires using Python, Matlab, Javascript, Embedded-C or anything around.
  • You are proficient with Python.
  • You have, optionally, in the past developed standalone desktop application with a Qt-based GUI, perhaps using Python bindings.
  • Git and continuous integration and unit tests are the tools you use daily, you can solve any Git-related glitches without problems.
  • You are comfortable developing for Windows, MacOS and Linux. Android/iOS development history is a plus.
  • Experience with deploying applications in a cloud environment (GCP) would be a plus.

Sr. Computer Vision Engineer

Your main responsibilities will be to
– Develop spectral imaging processing algorithms and calibration techniques to output correct spectral image data from our cameras in volumes
